Your role:

• Promoting the hotel chain and brand
• Taking and confirming reservations based on room availability
• Giving information about the hotel chain and the services it offers
• Carrying on correspondence and negotiations via email and telephone
• Answering billing questions and concerns

Your qualification and skills:

• University degree – Economics, Trade, Business administration, Marketing, Tourism
• Excellent command of English Language
• Excellent computer skills
• 1 year customer service experience

Your personal profile:

• Excellent skills for professional communication with different types of clients
• Nice appearance and good manners
• Enjoy working with people
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work
• Good team player
• Customer oriented
