When the construction started the amphitheatre of Serdica, dating between ІІІ-ІV centuries, was discovered. The excavations are exposed at two levels in the Arena di Serdica Residence Hotel. 18 centuries after its construction, today the amphitheatre is arena for a lot of events again, thanks to the perfectly equipped four conference halls - Arena, Forum, Serdica and Forum, and elegant restaurants - Panorama Restaurant La Terrazza di Serdica and La Tribuna Bistro. Success for Santa Marina’s Campaign “1,2,3 … 1,000: Be the Thousandth Client” Right Before the End of the Summer Season Sveltana Sergeevna From Moscow is Client # 1,000 to Santa Marina Sofia, August 31st 2010 The last day of August was a lucky day for both clients and team of Santa Marina! Svetlana Sergeevna has become Owner # 1,000 in the Holiday Village! She made the first installment for purchasing her new second home in a timely manner, and as a result, she was happy to learn that she won the big prize: a furniture pack of her choice from our catalogue and an annual maintenance fee for free. Sveltana lives in Moscow. Her family has three children: a 3-year old infant and twins at the age of 15. Together with her husband, Svetlana runs a small business with edible vegetable oils in the Moscow Region. The whole family love sports, tourism and traveling! “Our plans are to live in the apartment throughout the summer. Next year, the youngest child and our Granny will arrive at Santa Marina as early as May.”, Sveltana told us. The happy family also plans a visit to Bulgaria in January to choose among the furniture packs available for their apartment.
