Santa Marina Holiday Village
Santa Marina is a family resort with private villas, run by FPI Hotels & Resorts, which is now growing amid the evergreen pine forests, blue seawater and white sandy beaches. Built on the very coast of the Black Sea, near the ancient city of Sozopol, Santa Marina consists of 700 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The villas have been designed amphitheatrically and are made in the traditional Sozopol architectural style with beautiful stone and wood paneling, white plaster facades and tiled roofs. The Santa Marina Holiday Village offers various amenities that are easily accessible to residents. Decade of FPI Hotels & Resorts

In 2010, the Bulgarian hotel chain FPI Hotels & Resorts marks 10 years since opening its first hotel. At present the company's portfolio includes eight properties, six of which are business tailored and located in Sofia: Apartment Houses "Iztok" and "Bulgaria", Hotel Hill, Hotel and apartment houses Greenville, Boutique Hotel Crystal Palace, the only Residence hotel in Sofia - Arena di Serdica. The company manages two resort properties in the country - Santa Marina near Sozopol and “St. Ivan Rilski "in Bansko. FPI Hotels & Resorts has won the prestigious award "Most successfully developing Bulgarian hotel chain”, awarded by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association in 2007.

The Bulgarian hotel chain FPI Hotels & Resorts was granted with the renowned certificates ISO 9001:2000 – for qualitative management of hotels and tourist services and ISO 22000:2005 for qualitative management of restaurants and food.
