The European Project № ESF-2101-01-07062 “Acquiring new knowledge and skills by professional training of hotel and restaurant personnel at 4-rated and 5-rated hotels and apartment houses” is coming to its end.

The project has been designed and performed by FairPlay International Professional Training Centre in partnership with FairPlay Properties Management. It is co-financed by European Union through European Social Fund within “Human resource development” Operational Program.

The training by professions “Restaurateur” and “Waiter-Bartender” finished last month with giving certificates for professional training in sphere “Production and service at catering and entertainment establishments” and “Service at catering establishments”.

The theoretical part of the course by professions “Hotel-keeper” and “Reception clerk” at hospitality industry” has also concluded. Now the students apply their knowledge at their places of work, which include the 5-rated “Arena di Serdica” hotel, the 4-rated “Crystal Palace” hotel, the 4-rated “Greenville” hotel and the apartment houses of “Bulgaria” and “Iztok”, all managed by FairPlay Properties Management. They all are located in the city of Sofia and present “FPI Hotels & Resorts” brand.

The students, attending the course, will be given acknowledged professional qualification certificates, after they have successfully taken the final exams.
