Decade of FPI Hotels & Resorts

In 2010, the Bulgarian hotel chain FPI Hotels & Resorts marks 10 years since opening its first hotel. At present the company's portfolio includes eight properties, six of which are business tailored and located in Sofia: Apartment Houses "Iztok" and "Bulgaria", Hotel Hill, Hotel and apartment houses Greenville, Boutique Hotel Crystal Palace, the only Residence hotel in Sofia - Arena di Serdica. The company manages two resort properties in the country - Santa Marina near Sozopol and “St. Ivan Rilski "in Bansko. FPI Hotels & Resorts has won the prestigious award "Most successfully developing Bulgarian hotel chain”, awarded by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association in 2007.
