The prices are for rent per apartment per night for all beds, no matter how many guests accommodate and include:

Bookings and cancellations
✓ 1-night non-refundable deposit is required for reservations confirmed with Special Offer discounts. The deposit is due within 3 days of booking confirmation.
✓ Early booking reservations shall be guaranteed by a deposit for the first night not later than 15.03.2023 (for bookings made by 28.02) and not later than 15.05.2023 (for bookings made by 30.04). The deposit is non-refundable. A change of the name or reservation dates is possible, prices will be amended accordingly if the season is different. The remaining payment shall be made at check-in.
✓ Reservations without an early booking discount shall be guaranteed with a payment of the first night not later than 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining payment shall be made at check-in.
✓ Cancellation of a booking without an early booking discount can be made according to the terms and conditions in the table.
✓ In case of a quarantine during the reservation dates, the deposit can be used until the end of season 2024. A change of names is allowed if the period of the initial booking remains the same.
✓ The special offer cannot be combined with other discounts, cards and offers
All rates are based on the original prices in BGN at the rate of 1 EUR = 1,95583 BGN. In case of difference, the BGN rate is the valid one.
