The rates include:

Reservations & Cancellations

• Reservations with early booking discount will be charged 50 % of the amount / valid for all seasons /.
  • Reservations with 30 and 25 % early booking discount applied and received not later than 30.09.2025, 50% payment of the total amount required no later than 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
  • Reservations with 20 and 15 % early booking discount applied and received not later than 07.11.2025, 50% payment of the total amount required no later than 7 days after the reservation is confirmed.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid not later than 7 business days before the check-in date.
• Reservations without an early booking discount are charged a deposit, equal to 1 overnight, no later than 7 days after the reservation is confirmed. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 7 business days before the check-in date.
